How it works

- We pick it up — fast scheduling, often same- or next-day when the calendar allows.
- We sell it, you get paid — resalable items go on Marketplace and eBay. You keep 50% of everything that sells.
Simple, upfront pricing
Flat pickup fee: from $800 for a small job. Full houses are quoted by scope — most run $1,800–$3,500+ depending on volume, stairs, and distance — priced like movers and junk haulers, except your items earn money back instead of just getting dumped. The fee is quoted and agreed in writing first, then paid in full at booking to reserve your pickup day. Plus 50% commission on what actually sells. If it doesn't sell, you don't pay more.
Why it beats a junk hauler: a full truckload from a San Diego hauler runs roughly $600–$1,100 — and everything gets dumped. Our pickup is in the same ballpark, and then your items earn money back instead of going to the landfill. We don't just dump it — we sell it and split the proceeds with you.
Two ways to get paid
1 · 50/50 resale split — we list it, it sells, you keep half. You're paid your 50% share for items as they sell.
2 · Cash buy-out — prefer certainty? We'll offer a flat cash price for the lot on pickup day, paid on the spot. No waiting, no commission math.
What we take — and what we don't
We take: furniture, appliances, home décor, kitchenware, tools, electronics, and other household goods in resalable condition.
We don't take: hazardous materials — no exceptions. Chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, and similar materials are never accepted, including as part of a junk run.
Junk removal add-on
While we're there, we can haul the stuff that can't be sold — quoted by load size on the spot, from $199 for a partial load up to a full truckload, priced below standalone haulers because we're already on site. Hazardous materials excluded.
Rush pickup
Need it gone within 48 hours? Ask about 48-hour rush scheduling (+$150) when it's available. We'll always confirm your actual pickup window in writing before you count on it.
How the 45-day consignment term works
Items are listed for up to 45 days, with planned markdowns at day 15 and day 30 to keep things moving. After 45 days you choose: donate (we donate the item and hand you the donation documentation — useful for estates and tax records) or dispose (we dispose of it as junk). Either way, it's confirmed with you at pickup — see our Consignment Terms page for the plain-English summary.
You approve every sale — every sale price and buyer meetup is confirmed with you first. Nothing sells or moves without your okay.
